Clothing marking

Clothing marking is a popular service that we can use directly in an embroidery or printing house, as well as through an advertising agency that will commission the marking on our behalf. For what purpose do we mark clothing? What clothing marking techniques work best?

Clothing marking in the service of a company's image

The first application of marking in the case of clothing is marking employee clothing. By applying elements such as the company logo/logotype or the employee's name to work clothing, we create a specific dress code that:

  • integrates the staff,
  • builds brand awareness,
  • increases brand recognition,
  • increases the trust of potential customers.

When deciding to mark employee clothing, it is worth considering a method that ensures lasting results while allowing for precise reproduction of the design. The logo/logotype on employee clothing cannot be close to or similar to the original – it must be exactly the same. Embroidery works best in this role. Classic machine embroidery is difficult, expensive and does not always guarantee the desired effect in the form of high repeatability of the pattern on subsequent elements of clothing. Fortunately, computer embroidery comes to the rescue in this case, which ensures:

  • precision of reproduction,
  • high quality,
  • high repeatability,
  • short order fulfillment time.

Marking clothing for marketing purposes

Marking activities are an excellent excuse for marking clothing. Depending on the industry represented and the target group we want to reach, we can subject virtually any item of clothing and accessories to promotional labeling:

  • hats,
  • t-shirts,
  • bags,
  • sports sweatshirts,
  • shorts.

Embroidery can take the form of flat embroidery or 3D embroidery. Modern technology gives us virtually unlimited possibilities for designing and implementing textile labeling systems. It should be remembered that in the case of clothing that is in direct contact with the body, the location of the embroidery should not be random. Poorly selected may cause discomfort during use of the clothing and bring the opposite result to the intended one.
