How to embroider letters?

A monogram is a popular form of personalising textile products – it can be used to personalise gifts or mark promotional textiles. In the case of the latter, a monogram is often a shortened version of the company name or a symbol that evokes associations with a given brand. The wide range of machine embroidery options allows for embroidering letters on virtually any type of fabric, and thus personalising even small decorative and utility items.

How to embroider letters on promotional textiles?

Embroidery of letters on promotional textiles has a slightly different meaning than personalising gifts with a decorative monogram. Where the visual identification of a brand is concerned, there is no room for freedom of interpretation of graphic symbols, as well as their imprecise reproduction. Therefore, the letters that make up our company logo or the name of the promoted brand are best made using the machine embroidery technique. Classic machine embroidery is a very difficult embroidery technique to master, in which we may not achieve the intended result in the form of high repeatability and precision of the embroidered pattern. Fortunately, computer techniques come to the rescue.

Embroidery of letters: Computer embroidery

Computer embroidery is a very popular and effective method of marking clothing and textiles, thanks to which we obtain:

  • high repeatability of the embroidered pattern,
  • high precision of embroidery,
  • high circulation in a relatively short time of service completion,
  • possibility of precise reproduction of the same pattern after some time (on the same principles as ordering reprints from a printing house).

Importantly, computer embroidery allows for obtaining at a favorable price, so that when implementing a large circulation of clothing or advertising gadgets we do not have to give up quality in order to maintain the project within the intended budget. An additional advantage of embroidering letters is the durability of the embroidery, which does not wash out, does not scratch off and does not change its form for a long time. In this way, we can embroider a logo/logotype on any textile product - a sweatshirt, a hat, a T-shirt, a bag.
